Terms & Conditions
Kindly refer to the following Terms & Conditions regarding your application for the above-mentioned program.
Payment
- Registration will be confirmed only after MAXOPP receives the full course fee.
- All remittance and banking charges shall be borne by the participant.
- All payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. If payment is made through cheque or Demand Draft (DD), it must be received at least 5 days before the commencement of the course. Failing this, MAXOPP reserves the right to cancel or postpone the participant's chosen batch.
- Once payment is made, it cannot be processed through chargeback, stop cheque, or any other cancellation mechanism, irrespective of the payment mode. This document may be presented to the concerned authorities as proof of purchase. Any such request must be submitted to MAXOPP in writing.

Participants opting for payment in two instalments must submit post-dated cheques. The second instalment must be paid within:
- 20 days (Weekday Batch)
- 30 days (Weekend Batch)
Failure to do so may result in cancellation of registration or postponement/cancellation of the selected batch.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Course & Training
- MAXOPP reserves the right to alter the timings, dates, location, and duration of the training.
- MAXOPP reserves the right to modify the course content at any time without any liability.
- Admission to the program is non-transferable.
- You agree to provide authentic and accurate personal information. MAXOPP reserves the right (though not obligated) to verify the information provided at any time. If any information is found to be false or misleading (wholly or partially), MAXOPP may cancel your registration at its sole discretion. You agree not to dispute this decision.
- Students become eligible for placement assistance between one week and two months after:
- Successful completion of the course
- Certification through the MAXOPP Learning Management System (LMS)
Students must also apply through the LMS to participate in the placement process.
- Late payment charges are applicable as follows:
- ₹1,000 for a delay of up to one week
- Cheque Bounce Policy
- Bank charges for cheque bounce shall be borne by the trainee.
- Any payment delayed by more than one week from the cheque date will attract 12% annual interest on the outstanding amount for the delayed period.
- MAXOPP will conduct a batch only if there are sufficient participants. If the minimum strength is not met, participants may be merged into another batch or the training may be postponed at MAXOPP's sole discretion.
- Free internet access is provided during classroom sessions solely for training purposes. Misuse of internet facilities will attract a ₹1,000 penalty. MAXOPP shall not be responsible for any misuse of the internet for fraudulent activities.
- If a student is selected for a job or internship but chooses not to join the respective organization for any reason, they will be removed from the MAXOPP placement pool.
- Students are required to bring their own laptops to every class. Failure to do so may adversely affect learning, and MAXOPP shall not be held responsible. Laptops are not provided under any circumstances.
- Students must score a minimum of 70% in the MAXOPP examinations & assignments to be eligible for:
- Course Completion Certificate
- Placement Assistance
- Photography and any form of audio or video recording during training sessions are strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in immediate cancellation of registration at MAXOPP's sole discretion. You agree not to dispute this decision.
- Once enrolled in a course, students may upgrade to a higher-level course but cannot downgrade.
- While MAXOPP is committed to delivering high-quality training, it cannot guarantee the availability of any specific trainer due to factors such as scheduling conflicts or trainer availability. All trainers assigned are qualified and meet MAXOPP's quality standards.
- Attendance Policy
- A minimum of 90% attendance is mandatory.
- In case of insufficient attendance, MAXOPP shall not be responsible for course completion.
- Backup Classes
- A maximum of 4 backup classes will be provided for missed sessions, doubts, or concept clarification.
- No additional backup classes will be provided beyond this limit.
- Any form of misconduct during classes or on campus premises may result in immediate cancellation of registration at MAXOPP's sole discretion. You agree not to dispute this decision.
